Oh yes you can pair Whoopies with wine!
Since The Whoopies are made with three kinds of dessert quality chocolate they pair beautifully with wines, ports and even beers. This makes a fun dessert course for an evening with friends, showers or a quiet evening for two.
Here are some suggestions – but experiment on your own. If you care to share your pairings – we would love to know!
Chocolate Whoopies pair with red wines, the Rosa Regale (a light sparking wine) pairs exceptionally well. As does a Ruby Port or dessert wines –very fun!
The pumpkin Whoopies are delicious with a pumpkin ale or a dry reisling. We paired a chocolate porter with our chocolate ganache and it was delicious.
