We’ve created unique packaging to keep The Whoopies cold in transit so you receive the freshest product. All of our Whoopies are baked fresh, sealed and packaged with care. We use recyclable foam liners and ice packs to ensure that our treats arrive at your door in perfect condition – guaranteed!

 Because The Whoopies are perishable (buttercream) they should be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon receipt. If you are shipping as a gift know that all this information is included in your order; and the box is marked perishable. Your order arrives via FedEx Express within 2 days in order to ensure freshness.

We ship nationwide. Please contact us for International orders.

We generally ship Monday-Thursday to ensure proper delivery before the weekend.

Please note experience has taught us that during the hot summer months, we may recommend switching your order from 2-Day shipping to overnight shipping. If this is necessary for your order to arrive in the freshest condition, as it is may be an increased cost, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to request your permission before we send. You would also have the option of delaying your order until cooler weather prevails as well.

We encourage you to reuse the packaging, including the ice packs plus everything disposes efficiently – as they easily compact unlike other bulky shipping alternatives. Help us help the environment.

Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy

As The Whoopies are perishable, all food sales are final. Chococoa Baking Company will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they become damaged or spoiled during transit, or to refund you the full amount of The Whoopies. Any item(s) that you deem unsatisfactory will be replaced or refunded upon your request, without hassle, as long as you alert us to the details of the problem within 3 business days of having received your order.

To make ensure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives. Chococoa Baking Company is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information provided  to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered.

Please also make arrangements to open and refrigerate your order immediately. The fine ingredients and buttercream in The Whoopies require refrigeration-may also be frozen. Although we ship in a refrigerated container, the package is designed to preserve your order for a few days through transit, not indefinitely. To enjoy the full flavor and freshness, we urge you to make the necessary arrangements beforehand. Shipping/handling charges are not refundable. Refunds will be credited to the originating credit card.
